To let both fighters use the same character, enter one 
of these codes at the title screen: 
One-player game, same color: Press Up, Up, Down, Down, 
Left, Right, Left, Right, B, B. 
One-player game, alternate color: Press Up, Up, Down, Down,
Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. 
Two-player game, same color: Press Up, Up, Down, Down, 
Left, Right, Left, Right, A, A. 
Two-player game, alternate color: Press Up, Up, Down, 
Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B. 


Command on
At the title screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, 
Left, Right, A, B. If you did this right you'll hear a bell and the 
words "COMMAND ON" will appear at the bottom of the screen.
