Your Favorite Hero in Lego Form

LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures takes the fun and creative construction of LEGO and combines it with the wits, daring and non-stop action from the original cinematic adventures that enthralled audiences everywhere (Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade). With a unique tongue-in-cheek take on the original adventures, LEGO Indiana Jones follows Dr. Jones escapades through the jungles of South America to the mountaintops of India. Fans can build, battle and brawl their way through their favorite cinematic moments, from Indy’s entanglements with snakes to his dashing boulder run.

Of course, pop culture’s most iconic archaeologist will whip through all the classic moments with the help of a host of supporting characters including Marion Ravenwood and Short Round. Players can also mix and match the body parts of more than 60 playable characters to create new heroes just as they could in the best-selling LEGO Star Wars games.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Funnest game I've ever played...
My son bought this with some of his Grandpap's Christmas money and we have played it quite a bit. It's really fun and the graphics are really cool. I've never played any video games of the Lego variety, but I think they've got something really good going on here. The levels are difficult, but I love the challenge. I have had to go on the internet a few times to get walk-thrus, but mostly it's stuff I already knew but had a hard time doing. This game is great.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great game
my grandson loves this game and enjoys playing it alone or with his daddy and his cousins

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Wicked fun
I liked this better than Lego Star Wars. Very similar in play. Not as many "little extras" and not as much content (6 by 6 chapters versus 3 by 6 chapters) but still fun.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Fun and Annoying
This game is captivating and often quite fun- when it's not a pain in the rear end!

The controls are sometimes skittish. Once we got trapped between a ladder and a corner and couldn't escape except by exiting the game. And sometimes it's just frustrating to figure out what to do next.

But even with all that, we continue to play it so much that we completed the first episode already. And typically, we only play a game a day or two before getting bored of it and ignoring it for a month.

In the end, buy it- if it's on sale.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Fun but glitchy!
Lots of little glitches, but still a fun game nonetheless. It is comical to play this game, and quite entertaining. The puzzles are easy, and you can move through the game fairly quick so far...but I will admit that I am not completely finished yet. Playing with two players is fun, but you have to keep close to each other or one can pull the other off a cliff and kill em - but have no fear, they come right back to life!!
I am enjoying playing this game, and I have never watched one Indiana Jones movie...yep, I know all of you fans think I am an alien, but I just have had no desire. Next I want to try the Wii Star Wars lego - and NO I haven't seen any of those movies either. I tried to watch one many moons ago, but I couldn't get into the movie, I kept thinking of other things I could be doing.
