I bought this for my husband when I purchased the Saga Bass fishing. The reviews were mixed but I thought this would add to the game. Was I ever wrong! My husband is an experienced fisherman but he found this Wii Fishing Rod to be extremely frustrating to use. He could cast better with just the Wii controller. Don't waste your money. You don't need this accessory.

Nice and fun widget for the fishing games on Wii but using it could make you loose the signal for the Wiimote and ruin a good catch
