New Activities! The title is a series of minigames designed to give your brain a workout. The 17 new, engaging activities are all designed to help work your brain and increase blood flow to the prefrontal cortex. Whether you're playing simple songs on a piano keyboard or monitoring the photo finish of a footrace, you'll love your new mental workout!
Keep training! When you start a new game, you will take a series of tests and get a score that shows how old your brain is. This number is called your Brain Age. With daily training over weeks and months, you can improve your mental acuity and lower your Brain Age. Progress is charted in graph form.
Expanded multiplayer! You can keep up to four save files on one game card. Sharing a game allows you to compete in a picture-drawing quiz or a word challenge with family and friends. You can also use DS Download Play to send a demo to friends or compete with up to 16 players in one of four fun modes.

This is a great game. My daughter does the daily challenge and loves the games. It is truly a brain challenge, something we all could use once in a while.

in the past week or so since I got this game, my brain age age has dropped 30 points! Closer to my real age! Fun and makes you feel like you are doing something good for your head too!
Rating: - SCISSORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAARGH!!!!!
Ok, both Brain Age games are great. I received them as gifts recently and I am enjoying them a lot. The sudoku is great and it has actually sparked my interest in those puzzles. I recommend this title, but my only beef with it is that the voice recognition leaves a little to be desired. There is a rock paper scissors game that requires you to speak into the microphone on the DS, and for some reason, it has extreme difficulty recognizing the word "scissors" Everytime I have this daily training exercise it causes my brain age to decrease dramatically, not because I have trouble with the exercise, but because it ends up taking the game 10 minutes to understand that I am saying "SCISSORS". Because of this, it has determined that my brain is 80-90 years old.
Fun overall, but ...SCISSORS! SCISSORS!!! SCISSORRRRRRRRSSSSS!!!!!
Rating: - Good game
The only problem I have with this game is the rock, paper, scissors part. Sometimes it doesnt hear me or recognize what I am saying. Other than that, fun game.

Having the first Brain Age, I find this one even more helpful. I can do twice the training. I find the first Brain Age more enjoyable, but this one is great, too.
